REGISTRATION INFORMATION

• 20% VAT will be added to the registration fees.
• All participants and company representatives are required to register.
• Registration fees include: participation in scientific meetings, congress bag and abstract books, entrance to the exhibition area, and social activities.
• Final registration is confirmed upon payment; registration fees must be deposited into the congress account, and the payment receipt must be sent to the congress organization secretariat via email.
• In the event of a change in tax rates by the government, or an unexpected increase in the country's economy, these increases will be reflected in the registration fees.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

• For cancellations made before April 3, 2026, 50% of the registration and accommodation fees will be refunded. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after this date.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

• To confirm accommodation reservations, the payment must be deposited into the congress account details specified in the file within 15 days from the moment accommodation requests are made.
• Prices are for a 3-night package (check-in on October 15, 2026, check-out on October 18, 2026), and the hotel operates on an ultra all-inclusive system.
• Accommodation fees must be deposited into the congress account, and the payment receipt must be sent to the congress organization secretariat via email.
• Participants not staying at the hotel must pay a 3-day external participation fee of 315 EURO, in addition to the congress registration fee.
• Services included in the external participation fee: 4-day entrance to the congress center between 08:00 and 18:00 (October 15-16-17-18, 2026), daily coffee breaks, and lunches. Breakfast and dinner are not included in the external participation fee.
• We kindly request you to forward your additional accommodation nights and out-of-package accommodation requests to the organization secretariat.

• The specified transfer fee covers the participants' arrival tickets on October 15, 2026, departure tickets on October 18, 2026, and collective transfers between Ercan Airport and Limak Hotel.
• For your transfer needs outside the congress check-in/check-out days or for different routes, you must contact ForMice Tourism.
