The conference will be held at the Limak Cyprus Deluxe Hotel in Cyprus from October 15–18, 2026.
The official language of the conference is Turkish and English.

Exhibition stands and areas will be open to participants from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM from October 15 to October 18, 2026.
Official invitation letters will be sent by the conference secretariat upon request.
All participants and accompanying persons must wear the name badges provided to them during registration to gain access to the conference center, exhibition areas, and social activities.
Certificates of attendance will be distributed to all registered participants starting on the final day of the conference at the registration desk.
